Syntave is a remote-first company. We default to asynchronous communication, document everything, and trust our team to manage their own time. We measure output, not hours. Our culture is built on writing first, disagreeing and committing, and relentless quality over burnout.

We are headquartered in India and serve a global market. Our team spans engineering, product, design, and operations — small enough to move fast, structured enough to deliver enterprise quality.
