Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Syntave Technologies’ website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service Description

Syntave provides AI products, developer tools, and enterprise services as described on our website. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to these terms and any applicable service agreements.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Syntave products, services, documentation, and brand materials are owned by Syntave Technologies. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Syntave Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Payment Terms for Indian MSME Enterprises

Udyam Registration & Payment Protection

Syntave is registered under the MSME Development Act, 2006 as a Micro/Small Enterprise (Udyam Registration No: UDYAM-TS-02-0347475).

In accordance with Section 15-18 of the MSME Development Act, 2006:

Payment Timeline: All invoices issued to buyers (including enterprises, corporations, and government entities) shall be paid within 45 days from the date of acceptance of goods or services, whichever is earlier.

Interest on Delayed Payments: In the event of payment delays beyond 45 days, the buyer shall be liable to pay compound interest with monthly rests at three times the bank rate notified by the Reserve Bank of India, from the due date until the date of payment.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding payment delays shall be resolved through the MSME Samadhaan portal or appropriate legal forums as per the MSME Development Act, 2006.

This clause applies to all B2B transactions where Syntave provides enterprise services, consulting, custom development, or any other services to buyers in India.
